About Sandy Hook Promise

Sandy Hook Promise (SHP) is a non-profit corporation created by members of the community of Newtown, Connecticut to honor and support family members of the 20 children, 4 teachers and 2 administrators killed, the 2 teachers wounded and 12 surviving children as well as the first responders, teachers, staff and children at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012.

The mission of Sandy Hook Promise is twofold.

Help our community heal by providing immediate and long-term financial, in-kind and other aid to family members who lost loved ones, to survivors, to teachers and staff, to first responders and to our community, helping each and every one through this horrific tragedy.

Advocate for change by bringing together, in local and national dialogue, the great majority of Americans who agree that we must find and implement common sense solutions to address the causes of gun violence in order to save lives in our communities and our country.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product for a refund or exchange, please contact us.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
